What if my product is damaged in the mail?
​ That OG's Originals attaches photos of all order items at the end of the inspection process before securing product packaging in preparation for shipping. Therefore, we only replace products under "special circumstances" considered on a case by case examination. Items damaged after USPS receives orders via our hand delivery to USPS process, That OG's Originals does not assume responsibility for such damage, nor assumes responsibility for lost or otherwise undelivered items after USPS receives orders via our hand delivery to USPS process.
If you receive any item(s) that arrive damaged, send us an email with clear photo of the damaged item(s) and the packaging and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Do not return items to us without an assigned "return item number". If we receive an item without a "return item number", that item will not be excepted. We also do not except any worn, washed or used item(s) or any item(s) with odors that are distinguishable from general fabric or print processing. ​

Attach photos of all sides of the packaging and the product(s) and include "problem with order" in the subject area. We'll get back to you within 48 business hours.
​How do I return an item?
Contact us first at ThatOG@ThatOGsOriginals.com within 7 days of delivery recorded by USPS. After following the FAQs "How do I report a problem with my order?" instructions, we'll send you a "Return Slip" with a "Return Number".

Print the return label and fill it out.

Put the return slip portion of the form in the package with the item and tape the Shipping
label portion to the outside of the package. Most of our collection is "Ltd." (limited), so we
cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be available for exchanges.

Refund policy
Our orders are typically go into fulfillment within 2 days of your purchase and as such we are unable to issue refunds on completed orders. Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis and processed for the cost of the item(s) only.
